Belagavi Breaking: JDS Protests Demanding CM Siddaramaiah’s Resignation

Belagavi,:The Janata Dal (Secular) district unit in Belagavi staged a protest today at Channamma Circle, calling for Chief Minister Siddaramaiah to resign immediately. Additionally, The protest was led by JDS Belagavi District President Shankar Modalagi, with party members loudly expressing their anger against the CM.

Additionally, This protest comes after the Governor granted permission to prosecute Siddaramaiah, and a special court ordered a probe into the charges against him. Additionally, The JDS is now demanding that the CM step down in light of these developments.

Belagavi JDS leader Maruti Ashtagi also made a statement during the protest, insisting that Siddaramaiah should resign without delay.The court’s judgment and the Governor’s decision make it clear that Siddaramaiah must take responsibility and step down as Chief Minister,he said.

Additionally, The JDS has announced that they will continue their protests until their demands are met, adding to the growing political tension in Karnataka.
