PM Modi Urges High Voter Turnout in 2nd Phase of Elections

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called upon citizens in constituencies voting today in the second phase of the Lok Sabha elections to turn out in record numbers. Emphasizing the pivotal role of voter turnout in strengthening democracy, the Prime Minister's appeal particularly targets young and women voters, urging them to exercise their democratic right.Polling is scheduled in all 20 seats of Kerala, 14 of the 28 seats in Karnataka, 13 seats in Rajasthan, eight seats each in Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh, seven seats in Madhya Pradesh, five seats each in Assam and Bihar, three seats each in Chhattisgarh and West Bengal, and one seat each in Manipur, Tripura, and Jammu and Kashmir. 

 "Your vote is your voice," stated Prime Minister Modi, highlighting the significance of each citizen's contribution to the democratic process. With India's diverse electorate, characterized by a significant youth demographic and a growing number of women voters, the Prime Minister's message underscores the importance of inclusive participation in shaping the nation's future.
