Rajeev Chandrasekhar has given a suitable answer to this

Rajeev said this was Jack's complete lie and an attempt to dispel perhaps the most dubious period in Twitter's history.

Facts  and truth

Twitter Dorsey and his team have continuously violated the law of India, they repeatedly did not comply with the law from 2020 to 2022 and finally complained that they complied only June 2022.

No one went to jail or "suspended" Twitter.

Dorsey's Twitter administration had a problem accepting the sovereignty of Indian law.

Acted as if the laws of India did not apply to him.

India as a sovereign nation has the right to ensure that all companies operating in India comply with its laws.

During the protests in January 2021, there was a lot of misinformation and reports of the genocide were fake.

The Government of India has committed to removing misinformation from the platform as it has the potential to further escalate the situation based on fake news, it said.

To set the record straight, no one was attacked or sent to jail. Our focus was only on ensuring compliance with Indian laws.

There is now ample evidence in the public domain of jacks arbitrary, blatantly biased and discriminatory behavior on Twitter and its abuse of power on its platform during that period.

Under Dorsey, Twitter is not only violating Indian law, but how it is biased and is using some arbitrary "deamplify" and deplatform in violation of Article 14,19 of our Constitution and aiding in the weaponization of misinformation.

Our government's policies are clear to all intermediaries operating in India - laws must be followed to ensure the internet is safe and reliable, accountable Rajeev added.
