Good news from ISRO! Their Aditya-L1 spacecraft is doing well and heading towards its destination near the Sun-Earth L1 point. They recently made a small correction in its path called a Trajectory Correction Maneuver (TCM) on October 6, 2023, lasting about 16 seconds.

This correction was needed after analyzing the spacecraft's course following a previous maneuver in September. The TCM assures that Aditya-L1 stays on its intended route to orbit around L1.

In the next few days, ISRO plans to switch on the magnetometer onboard Aditya-L1 to gather data about the Sun's magnetic field. This is an important step in their mission to study the Sun's behavior and its effects on space.

So, the Aditya-L1 mission is progressing smoothly, and we can look forward to more updates about its exciting discoveries.
