
CM Siddaramaiah Inaugurates New KIADB Multi-Storey HQ; ₹2 Crore Dividend Handed Over
Bengaluru: Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Friday inaugurated the newly built multi-storey Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board (KIADB) building at Gandhinagar.

Constructed at a cost of ₹32 crore, the modern facility on Acharya Tulsi Road spans 2,618 sq. m and includes two basements, a ground floor, five upper floors and a terrace. The building offers parking for 96 cars across both basements.

During the event, Industries Minister M. B. Patil handed over a ₹2 crore KIADB dividend to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund.
Deputy CM D. K. Shivakumar was also present.
Former Industries Minister R. V. Deshpande, who had approved the project during his tenure, was felicitated.
Senior officials including Industries Department Principal Secretary S. Selva Kumar and KIADB CEO Dr. Mahesh attended the ceremony.
