COVID-19 Cases Rising Again in India

India has seen a sudden increase in COVID-19 cases. As of May 26, 2025, there are over 1,000 active cases, up from just 257 a week ago. Kerala has the highest number of cases (430),followed by Maharashtra (209),and Delhi (104). Most of the infections are mild and are being treated at home.
