Bengaluru: Karnataka is a prime destination for capital investment, offering lucrative opportunities for businesses, said Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh.

Speaking at the inauguration of the Global Investors Meet Invest Karnataka-2025 at the Palace Grounds in Bengaluru on Tuesday, Singh highlighted Karnataka’s rich heritage, mentioning prominent figures like Akka Mahadevi, Basavanna, and Allama Prabhu. He emphasized the state’s abundant human resources and world-class infrastructure, which make it an ideal hub for businesses.

Visit Bengaluru Once and See the Future:Addressing investors, Singh urged those uncertain about India’s economic potential to visit Bengaluru. He pointed out the city’s remarkable advancements in IT, startups, and groundbreaking research, stating that such a visit would dispel any doubts about the country’s growth. He assured that investors in Karnataka would receive nationwide support.

He also hinted at a revolutionary AI model being developed in Karnataka, attributing this progress to the state’s skilled workforce and innovation-driven environment.

Unlike in the past, when investors struggled with bureaucratic hurdles, the government now welcomes them with open arms. Rajnath Singh Wishes CM Siddaramaiah a Speedy Recovery:During the event, Rajnath Singh expressed concern for Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, who is suffering from leg pain. He wished the CM a quick recovery and acknowledged his senior role in state politics. Singh also personally met Siddaramaiah, who attended the event in a wheelchair, and inquired about his health.
