Ola Krutrim Engineer Dies by Suicide After Facing Too Much Work Pressure

Nikhil Somwanshi, an engineer at Ola’s AI company Krutrim, sadly died by suicide. A Reddit post by someone claiming to be his coworker said he was under extreme work pressure, especially after two teammates resigned and he had to handle all their work. The post also said the work environment was tough for freshers and felt toxic. Nikhil's body was found at Agara Lake in Bengaluru on May 8. The company has released a statement after the incident
