UGC-NET June 2024 Exam Cancelled; New Exam to be Announced Soon

In a move to ensure fairness and transparency, the Ministry of Education has cancelled the UGC-NET June 2024 exam. This decision follows reports suggesting possible cheating during the test.
The UGC-NET exam, organized by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on 18th June 2024, was held in two shifts across various cities. On 19th June, the University Grants Commission (UGC) received information from the National Cyber Crime Threat Analytics Unit indicating that the exam might have been compromised.
To address this issue, the Ministry of Education has decided to cancel the exam and will schedule a new one soon. Details about the new exam date will be shared separately. Meanwhile, the Central Bureau of Investigation (C.B.I.) will look into the matter to ensure a thorough investigation.
Update on NEET (UG) 2024 Exam Regarding the NEET (UG) 2024 exam, the concerns about grace marks have been resolved. However, there are still some allegations of irregularities in Patna. The Ministry has asked the Economic Offences Unit of the Bihar Police to provide a detailed report, and further actions will be taken based on their findings.
