Belagavi–Bengaluru Vande Bharat Train Approved, Fulfilling Long-standing Demand

Belagavi:The long-awaited Belagavi Bengaluru Vande Bharat Express has received approval from the central government, marking the fulfillment of a major demand of Belagavi residents. Belagavi MP Jagadish Shettar expressed his happiness, stating that years of consistent efforts have finally brought results.

The new train service is expected to significantly ease travel between Belagavi and Bengaluru, saving time and providing a faster, more comfortable journey. Shettar emphasized that this development would also contribute to the overall growth of Belagavi.

He urged the Railway Department to finalize the operational schedule as early as possible.

Shettar also extended his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, and Ministers Prahlad Joshi and V. Somanna for their support in making this project a reality.
