Belagavi : In a landmark event for the region, Bhartesh Education Trust has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Belagavi Startup Association (BSA). This partnership aims to bolster the startup ecosystem in Belagavi, making it one of the largest hubs for startups in Karnataka.
Startups play a crucial role in driving innovation, creating jobs, and boosting economic growth. They bring fresh ideas and new technologies to the market, fostering a dynamic and competitive environment.
This collaboration between Bhartesh Education Trust and BSA underscores the importance of supporting and nurturing startups to build a thriving entrepreneurial culture.
The Secretary of Bhartesh Education Trust stated,Bhartesh aims to support students and industry. With this new era, we are stepping into new opportunities.
Lengade mentioned that the incubation center will bridge the gap between industry needs and student capabilities.
Bhartesh Principal Veena emphasized, "Bhartesh will stand out among other colleges. We aim to build an entrepreneurial culture in Belagavi." She highlighted that the college is providing transport, internet, incubation facilities, and unrestricted access to facilities for startups.
This will be innovated tech park in Belagavi has made history, she added. "At BITS, ten companies are going to operate, and we are providing co-working spaces to students. This is the largest initiative in Belagavi and Karnataka, which will greatly benefit both the college and entrepreneurs in the region.
Harish Topannavar, Secretary of the Belagavi Startup Association, expressed his gratitude to Bhartesh Institute for the opportunity.
