Comprising five pillars - Kisan Nyay, Yuva Nyay, Naari Nyay, Shramik Nyay, and Hissedari Nyay, each pillar is fortified with five guarantees, marking a significant commitment to address the nation's pressing challenges.Since its inception in 1926, the Congress Party's manifesto has been revered as a "document of trust and commitment," reflecting the party's unwavering dedication to the welfare of the people. In light of the country's fervent call for change, the manifesto emerges as a beacon of hope, offering concrete solutions to myriad issues facing India.

Among the pillars,

Hissedari Nyay pledges to initiate a social, economic, and caste census, dismantle the 50% cap on SC/ST/OBC reservation through constitutional amendments, and ensure equitable allocation of resources for the SC/ST community. Additionally, it promises to expedite the settlement of Forest Rights Act claims and designate Scheduled Areas in habitations dominated by ST populations.

Yuva Nyay, another cornerstone of the manifesto, vows to create 30 lakh new central government jobs, institute a comprehensive apprenticeship program for educated youth, and enact legislation to eliminate paper leaks. It also pledges to enhance social security measures for gig workers and establish a Rs. 5,000 crore start-up fund to nurture youth entrepreneurship.

Moreover, it promises a stable import-export policy and exempts farming inputs from GST.

Naari Nyay advocates for women's empowerment by providing financial assistance to one woman from every poor family, implementing 50% reservation for women in new central government jobs, and doubling the salary contributions for ASHA, Anganwadi, and Mid-Day Meal workers. It also aims to increase the number of hostels for working women, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Shramik Nyay, the final pillar, champions the rights of laborers by enacting a Right to Health law, guaranteeing a national minimum wage of Rs. 400 per day for all MGREGS workers, and introducing an employment guarantee act for urban areas.
