Belagavi :In a recent address, D.K. Shivakumar emphasized Belagavi as the central focus for the party's campaign in Karnataka ahead of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
Promising to prioritize the city's development, Shivakumar reiterated Congress's commitment to fulfilling all its electoral guarantees.
