The state was recognized for its outstanding commitment to gender equity in healthcare service delivery, spanning from October 2022 to September 2023, in the Large State Category.

Adding to this impressive feat, the District Hospital Dharwad, under the Government Facility Category, was also lauded for its exceptional contributions to healthcare services.
