Request for considering free 200 unit electricity guarantee from 1st June

Belagavi: Today All india human rights and social justice Mission requested the Govt of karnataka to consider free 200 unit electricity guarantee from 1st June.

The human rights wing said we are smart citizens of smart city Belagavi and we are  proud of HESCOM and its officials for providing uninterrupted power supply from last many decades. 

At the time of State assembly elections the leaders of present ruling party had assured free 200 units for all the peoples of Karnataka state. 

But suddenly people of belagavi  are shocked that they received the bills of electricity one week later than earlier months, that too with suddenly hiked charges per unit of electricity even after the guarantee of not to pay the electricity charges after 1st June. 

So they  requested govt of KA to provide uninterrupted power supply as the citizens are not paying the electricity charges and requested the govt henceforth not send any to collect charges or to cut off the power lines. 

Also they  request to reduce the hiked charges for the utilisation of above 200 units of electricity.
