Retired Judge Appointed to Head MUDA Plot Allocation Probe
Bengaluru:Amidst allegations of irregularities in the Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA) plot allocations, the state government has stepped in to ensure a thorough and fair investigation. Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has announced the appointment of a single-member inquiry commission, led by retired Karnataka High Court judge, Shri P.N. Desai.
Chief Minister Siddaramaiah emphasised the government's commitment to transparency and justice.We believe in the integrity of our judiciary, and we are confident that Justice P.N. Desai will conduct a fair and comprehensive investigation he stated.
