Jirali expressed deep concern over the state of women's security in Karnataka, emphasizing the need for impartial justice. He condemned the incident as a grave act of inhumanity and declared that the BJP would vehemently oppose such atrocities.
Criticizing the statements made by the Chief Minister and Home Minister, Jirali demanded a thorough investigation, labeling the crime as a "love jihadi move" that must be handled with utmost fairness. Joining him were other BJP leaders including Abhay Patil, who highlighted the lack of security for women under the Congress government and called for heightened safety measures.
Mangal Angadi echoed similar sentiments, insisting on the necessity of capital punishment for the perpetrator. The incident has sparked outrage not only among politicians but also within the public sphere, with women's groups organising protests in Belagavi to demand justice for Neha.
Until justice is served, the BJP pledges to continue its fight for accountability and safety for all citizens.
