D.K. Shivakumar Cheers on Congress Nominee in Belagavi, Promising Strong Backing

Belagavi :Today, D.K. Shivakumar, a big leader in the Congress party, showed up in Belagavi to support Mrinal Hebbalkar, the Congress candidate, as he submitted his nomination papers for the Belagavi Lok Sabha seat.
